I tried booking online for an appointment at Chadstone salon, but was unable to as available time-slots weren't published. When I called to make the appointment the quoted price was $10 more expensive than that on the website. When I queried that the price difference I was told it was as they use hot wax; I pointed out this is still false advertising as the prices published for the salon selected should be consistent. Not really impressed
I paid 75 for a half hour facial and got about 10 minutes of having my face washed repeatedly and dried off with tissues. The attendant then slathered on another cosmetic, covered me with a blanket and left the room for the remainder of the 30 minutes. I did have bit of a relax but could have done that on my office couch.
I was about to get up and leave when she finally came back, wiped off the cosmetic and replaced it with some oily "serum" telling me my skin would break out in about 2 days as the "underlying stuff comes up to the surface".

I got a piercing done at the werribee franchise and she would NOT have done a worse job! I had to get her to take them out and she wanted to redo them immediately without giving any healing time! I said no as I had lost all trust in their services!

Good service and lovely staff!
My sister and I went to get our ears pierced again in the greensborough store and the staff there were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and anwsered any questions we had. They also tried to make sure we were comfortable and kept up a friendly conversation while preparing. The store was also very clean and organised.

Expensive and bad placement of lobe piercing
My 16 year old daughter went in to get her second lobe piercings at the Fountain Gate store and was charged $114. This is outrageous enough but they were done too high so when she got the third ones (which only cost $40 elsewhere), they are out of alignment. I think cost should be told upfront and your piercer needs more training. Would not recommend at all.

Terrible
Dirty store, rude staff I watched the lady pierce several people with the same gloves on and handle cash and the phone without changing them. Obviously no concept of hygiene practices I walked out would never use them for anything.

Eyebrows gone wrong
Went in to wax my eyebrows the lady did a horrible job on my left side went to high and did not wax underneath the hairs that she missed could be seen very clearly i don't understand how she missed them she showed me the eyebrows in the mirror I was not happy but said thats fine I just wanted to get out of there then when she charged me omg $20 total rip off not going again

What a great experience I had today thank you so much to the Ladies at essential beauty I went in today to get a piercing put back in from a previous piercer and Tash and Leah explained that the previous piercer shouldn’t have pierced my ear as my Cartlidge was too small so we decided on another piercing and I got my conch pierced which I’m absolutely thrilled with!! Shocking customer service - wish I could choose 0 stars
Don't go to Indooroopilly - shocking abusive service for special 8th birthday ear piercing. Allegedly missed calls (never received) and other prior booking for another service (never made) and told I'd ruined the person's day in front of my 8 year old who had been waiting 5 years for the special day. Be warned.

Got ear piercing for daughter done at knox eb told must stay in for minimum 6 to 8 weeks fell out after a week and charged to get re pierced

not to happy…
the overall piercing procedure was good but then the next day i noticed that the parts of the piercing that screw on weren’t screwed in at all and one ended up actually falling off while i was out. not happy about this since i paid good money to get them and done and extra on the jewellery.
