Georgia from the Castle Hill store was so helpful - we looked at a lounge instore and asked to see one in a different colour, Georgia looked to confirm if it was on display at another store, and she was able to confirm it wasn’t, however she continued to search for different photos and selected some sample fabric to help us gauge the colour. She reassured us on the change of mind options and offered fabric protection. She made the entire experience so easy. Delivery was great too, I received ongoing updates on the progress and the delivery people were polite and respectful. I absolutely recommend!!

had a great experience. we were worried our couch would be atleast 6 months wait but we only had to wait 1 month. communication is good with this company. we love our new couches and are able to sleep guests at our new home now :) colour of the couch is different to advertised but i still like the colour. delivery guys brought it all the way up 2 flights of stairs and were super polite!

Couch came through better than expected and delivery guys were efficient albeit couch not fitting in the elevator they switched to stairs and got it done - impressed and thank you

5mins before store closing I did a mad dash to buy our dining chairs on sale. Delivery was supposed to be a week but in the following day o received confirmation it be be delivered earlier. Bonus. Delivery was on time and assembly super easy. Very happy with our purchase

We went to the Carlton showroom looking for a TV unit. We had not been to a Lounge Lovers store before. Impressed with the range and the quality of the units. We purchased the Markus TV unit and organised for delivery including set up. The customer service from the moment we asked about the particular TV unit, to purchasing, to the communication re delivery time, through to the logistics team that delivered and set up the unit was brilliant. All in all a completely hassle-free, pleasant experience and we’re very happy with the TV unit.

From the moment we stepped into the store in the valley we were greeted with the friendly floor team, who went above and beyond to help us choose. Rearranged the floor stock so we could see different pieces together and also made sure we made the best cost effective choice with the current sales on. They held the stock after payment until after our holiday and the delivery team were so helpful and lovely. At every interaction using lounge lovers was 5 stars. Will use them again no problem.
