Long waiting time since 3 months and maxxia makes excuses in the name of staff shortages. i have waiting since 5 weeks to get an answer and set up my account. Looks like they spend less on customer service and more on generating new income and leads. Phone call takes 2 hours min to answer when it comes to support and customer service but if it is new customer or new salary packaging account or novated lease they will answer with in minutes which tells you a lot of this company unethical practices. Relentless pressure to sell unethically and in direct contravention of Australian law, recommendations from the Royal commission not to mention in opposition to the rules set down by our finance and insurance providers. Reward structures regularly changed to the consultants detriment and a culture of nepotism, alc*h*lism and dr*g taking at a management level. Stay very far away please for your health and sanity.-

Trouble service but costing me mire than 70 dollar per fortnight
I have had a new account in Maxxia and already had money in the wallet but the app not allow me to upload any receipt to claim. I called everyday and called for 1 to 2 hour to maxxia but no one received a call and help.
Extended oh hold time and poor functionality of website
I was applying for something at the bank and they wanted a salary packaging statement, which I thought would be easily accessible. BUT NO, Maxxia’s website doesn’t even have this function. They have all your transaction record but there is no option to download a full statement. So I ended up calling them and was on hold for more than an hour to get a SIMPLE STATEMENT. This was a huge waste of time on both my and their side.

Absolutely impressed with the service
Ralph is amazing!
The service that I was provided with was absolutely amazing. He answered all my questions, and provided me with all contacts and information until I had all the answers I needed.
It is hard to find someone who is as personable as Ralph; especially via an online platform.

Disappointing customer service
I never seen such appalling customer service. Just signed up for for membership and for days I am trying to speak to someone to correct mistake I made with pay cycle. No one is answering phone calls, I have been waiting for hours and hours on hold, keep sending e-mail and it seems you don't have anyone following up customers request. I am considering to cancel membership and not using salary packaging benefit and I don't want to deal with such company with pore services.

This app continuously doesn’t update it is difficult to open requires to be deleted and reinstalled every couple of months. If you want to check your balance don’t be in a hurry. All I can say if they didn’t have the monopoly on getting the tax benefit I would have left them years ago.

Terrible to deal with. They have been taking fortnightly admin fees directly from my wife's payroll for doing nothing and when I actually ask them to do what they are being paid for, they make promises and still let you down. I wouldn't bother wasting your time. They do not take your phone call, do not respond via their Live Chat, and do not respond to emails. Their website says that if you are dissatisfied contact the Independent Advocate for a resolution. McMillan Shakespeare employs the advocate. They own Maxxia. How is that independent?

One star rating by me because the system would not let me rate it as a BIG FAT ZERO!!! Wait times are horrendous. If your job is sitting at a desk all day, you may be able to get through in the 1-2 hours yu have to wait, but unfortunately as a nurse working with patients this is NOT possible! For months staff have been falsely advising customers that this is being rectified - BUT NO!!!! The function I need does not allow to be done via the app, so I must call. Even worse, they direct any complaints to their email which is NEVER responded to> Appalling when they are happy to take our money each week!!!!

After reading some of your reviews on your bad customer service and blaming staffing levels, here's a suggestion. STOP taking on more customers if you can't deal with the level of inquiries and solving these desperate people's issues.

Worst customer service ever, thoroughly incompetent
have been trying to contact maxxia daily for over 2 weeks, left on hold for 1-2 hrs every time and then getting cut off. I have sent multiple emails with 0 response. I am chasing 2 claims I lodged over 10 days ago valued at $3500. The website says they are processed and paid within 3 business days. This company is a joke , hopefully enough people complain that we can ensure they lose business because of their awful customer service. I will be writing to my employer to officially complain. They say this time of year is busy as an excuse- everyone is busy myself included, that doesn't change the fact that I need the money which I worked hard for to live life.

No reply for emails and phone call waiting time is 1-2 hours. They deduct admin fee every fortnight , still cannot provide services in a proper way. Everytime they mention hiring and training staff.
Send an email 2 weeks back in regards to error payment from salary, and holding the pay no reply yet.
At least respect the customer and better start providing good customer service for the money you are taking as administration fees every fortnight from customers.

Hi Maxxia, I have rung a few times and have been advised that meal entertainment has been included in my package but when I saw my payslip, there is nothing added. Please advise is this normal for meal entertainment to not show up on the payslip.
