Today I had the pleasure of speaking with John. John was respectful, professional and extremely helpful. John answered all of my questions and reassured me about aspects of the trip that needed clarification. John also offered suggestions of activities that we could do while at our hotel stay before our cruise. John was flexible regarding the first payment date allowing us an extra week so that we could ensure that the full first deposit would be paid. The overall process was smooth and we are both very excited for our trip from Brisbane to Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia.

My cruises persisted and addressed my concerns
When we booked our $10,000 + pp person package we indicated that we would want to extend our stay after the cruise and we’re told this was ok and would be recorded in our file. When it came time for them to book the airfares I was dismayed to learn they were going to charge me around $1100 to do so. After some email to and fro and with the aid of their Aftersales manager, this issue was resolved and I was able to get a delayed return flight date at the original price. ... Read more ome. Mycruises obviously want to keep their customers happy and resolve any issues that arise. I was impressed and appreciative of their efforts. It took some emotional energy on my part but the issue was resolved satisfactorily in the end.-

Amazing Helpful Service

Saw the ad and decided to book, so far we have only been confirmed and paid the 1st deposit, I must say I’m pleasantly pleased with the process so far, made an enquiry on line and was attended to by a real person ( John Khamhom ) very promptly who answered all my questions and was very personable and professional, made me feel like getting on a cruise ship was going to be a good experience after all the Covid interruptions.

A legal question: We will go on a cruise to Hawai 2023. We booked 2021, paid all deposits in time. Can a tour operater increase the cost of the tour package, 3 month before? Doesn't the contract say NO DEVIATION FEE? Isn't the price capped in our australian consumer law?

... Read more ust 2018 and was not charged any extra to do this but then, COVID hit! They kept all of our money and we rebooked in July 2021. We told them that we were going to stay on and have some extra time in Hawaii. We were told "No worries, just let the person who books your airfares back to Australia know". In November 2022, some mention was made of a Deviation Fee in an email that was sent. We are still arguing over the Deviation Fee and our flights are still not booked even though we are due to depart on the 15th of April, 2023.
